The Ernst & Young “CERA Christchurch Central City Commercial Property Market Study” report represented demand for commercial property in the CBD at a moment in time, before the existence of the CCDU and Christchurch Central Recovery Plan were known to the respondents. Data was collected up to 9 February 2012. While all care was taken to ensure accuracy, the results have been overtaken by events and may no longer be a fair representation of demand for commercial property in the CBD.
