Christchurch CBD Recovery - 2 April 2012
This cabinet paper proposes mandating CERA to lead and promote the recovery of the Christchurch Central Business District (CBD), and outlines the approach intended to amend and approve of the draft Recovery Plan for the CBD.
Christchurch Central City Commercial Property Market Study - May 2012
The Ernst & Young “CERA Christchurch Central City Commercial Property Market Study” report represented demand for commercial property in the CBD at a moment in time, before the existence of the CCDU and Christchurch Central Recovery Plan were known to the respondents. Data was collected up to 9 February 2012. While all care was taken to ensure accuracy, the results have been overtaken by events and may no longer be a fair representation of demand for commercial property in the CBD. There are encouraging signs of significantly stronger demand for commercial property in the CBD
